| Myzopodidae - Old World sucker-footed batsThere are two species of bat in this family, the eastern sucker-footed bat and Schliemann's sucker-footed bat. Schliemann's sucker-footed bat was only discovered as a new species in 2007. It is found in the dry western forests of Madagascar.
